Show Farm News-Notes By LEW MAR PRICE County Agent One hundred ten dirt farmers and livestock men accepted the invitation of S. R. Boswell, agricultural agent in Sevier county to attend an agricultural agri-cultural outlook meeting in Richfield held in- conjunction1 with a regional conference of extension workers on Monday and Tuesday of this week. Their hopes for a ray of sunshine were given little encouragement by C. O. Scott, extension economist, orj Mr. W. W. Owens, assistant director of extension who assisted in the discussion, dis-cussion, except where most strict efficiency ef-ficiency methods are employed in production and marketing. These forecasts were based on reports re-ports made at the western regional outlook conference held in Salt Lake in December and those of the National Nation-al outlook conference held in Wash-ingto, Wash-ingto, D. C. in January. The outlook for Utah was compiled by some of. the best trained men in our state after af-ter exhaustive surveys and studies in each line. It is being published in bulletin form, taking up practically every commodity of consequence produced pro-duced on our Utah farms. It is concise, con-cise, clear, full of facts, but very readable.
