Show PILFERED POULTRY LEADS TO ARREST On a complaint sworm out by E. L. Ferguson, Dan Beaudino was taken into custody Wednesday by Deputy Sheriff Ted Kronholm on a charge of stealing chickens. Beaudino is charged charg-ed with taking five chickens from the Ferguson premises on the evening of August 19. It is said that the chickens chick-ens were marked with bands which led to swearing out a warrant for Beaudino. After being kept in the jail overnight, over-night, Beaudino was brought before ludge Bert Nichols for trial at 10:30 Thursday morning. He pleaded not guilty and asked to be released on bonds in order to make arrangements for his defense. He was released to Kronholm pending his securing of bail. His hearing was set for next Monday morning, with bond for his ve-appearance set at $150. . |
