Show ALCL1NE TO PILOT LOCAL LIONS CLUB OTHER OFFICES ARE FILLED AT ANNUAL BALLOT MEETING Meeting Wednesday noon at the Union Pacific dining room, members i of the Lions club named the follow- J ing men to direct the activities of the club for the ensuing year: President AI Cline First Vice-President Dr. C. R-Parrish. R-Parrish. 2nd Vice-President II. F. Chans-lor. Chans-lor. Secretary M. P. Lewis. Treasurer Lee C. Brown. Tail Twister Dr. L. F. Kohler. Lion Tamer L. A. Wynaught. Directors: L. G. Clay, M. H. Pool, Geo. Jefferson, Sam Cline. Al Cline, M. P. Lewis and L. F. Kohler were elected to their positions without opposition. The nominating committee consisted of Geo. Jefferson, Jeffer-son, M. P. Lewis and J. F. Murdock. In practically all instances, the men j elected were those recommended by , the committee as suitable candidates. ; The Lions club has just concluded, ! under President L. G. Clay and his , staff of officers, just' about its most j successful year, both from the stand- point of membership and accomplish- ; ments.
