Show SHARE LEASE PLAN Owing to the torn condition, the Share Lease Plan is advocated for the next two years rather than a cash payment plan for all leases. That seems fair. It surely takes a nonresident non-resident at a disadvantage, as the renter will cheat on returns. Hence most non-residents find safety in a cah rental term. Personally, for this destrlct, we favor a cash rental, as we have seen so much of the abuse of the other plan. The life of the non-resident is Just one durned woe after another, and the open season for swatting him one is never closed. |
