To all persons interested: NOTICE is hereby given that on the 1st day of March, A. D. 1921. the Board of Supervisors of Millard bounty Drainage District No. 3. in Millard Mil-lard Couuty, Ut.. filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Milhird County, Utah, a written request praying pray-ing that the said Board of County Commissioners at once order a special spe-cial drainage bond election to be hold in said Millard County Drainage District Dis-trict No. 3, to submit to the qualified voters in said District at said election, elec-tion, the question "Shall the Board of Supervisors of said drainage District Dis-trict be authorized to issue the bonds of said District in the sum of $440,000.00 (Four Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars), for the purpose of raising funds and money from the sale thereof with which to construct drains, drainage canals and other required re-quired Improvements, deemed necessary neces-sary to drain lands in said district, and to conserve the public health and welfare, said bonds to run not less than ten years nor more than forty years, and to bear Interest, payable pay-able semi-annually at a rate not exceeding ex-ceeding six per cent per annum, to be called 'Drainage District Boiids,' and the proceeds of which shall be used for no other purpose than paying pay-ing the cost of completing the construction con-struction of such drains, drainage canals or other like work deemed necessary to drain lands within said district, and to conserve the public health and welfare?" Said Board of County Commissioners, Commis-sioners, after due consideration of said request for the calling of said bond election, did, on the said 1st day of March, order a special election for said purpose, and notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 2071 of Chapter 41 of Session Laws o Utah, 1919, that such election has been called and will be held in said Millard Mil-lard County Drainage District No. 3, Millard County, Utah, on the 2nd day of April, A. D. 1921, for the purpose pur-pose of submitting to the qualified voters of said Drainage District the question "Shall the said Board of Supervisors of said drainage district be authorized to issue its bonds in said sum of $440,000.00 (Four Hundred and Forty Thousand Dollars), Dol-lars), for the purpose hereinbefore stated?" For the convenience of the land owners withju said drainage district, notice is hereby given that the said Board of County Commissioners have provided five polling places within said district, at which polling places said special election will be held ou said day as follows: 1. F. D. C. Library Hall, Sugar-vllle, Sugar-vllle, Utah. 2. Community Hall, Woodrow, Utah. 3. . The Schoolhouse, Sutherland, Utah. 4. The Schoolhouse, Abraham, Utah. 5. The F. D. Sawyer residence, Hinckley, Utah.
