Register and Receiver, Salt Lake City, Utah: Sirs: Ily executive order of March 31, 1911, the order of withdrawal with-drawal made heretofore for the purpose pur-pose of reserving reservoir sites from sale as tho property of the United States under the provisions of the act of October 2, 1888. (25 Stat., 527), and continued In force by order of tho Secretary Sec-retary of tho Interior of August 18, 1894, was revoked, bu authority of the act of Congress entitled "An Act to restore to tho public domain certain lands withdrawn for reservoir purposes pur-poses In Millard County, Utah," approved ap-proved February 25, 1911, in so far as It affects Utah reservoir No. 5, Including Includ-ing the following subdivisions: Salt Lako Meridian, Utah.. T. 16 S., R. 6 W., Sec. 29, W H SW 4 ; Sec. 30, lot 2. S M; Sec. 31. N M NV V4. T. 16 S., R. 7 W., Sec. 25, KVi, SK NW V. It Is provided In such order of restoration res-toration that the lands described shall become subject to settlement under the general provisions of the homestead home-stead law on May 30, 1911, but shall not become subject to entry, filing, selection se-lection or other form of appropriation until June 30, 1911, and no person will be permitted to gain or exercise any right whatever under any settlement or occupation begun prior to the date for settlement fixed therein. Two copies of this letter are herewith here-with enclosed. You will post one copy In a conspicuous place in your office whero it Is to be kept posted for at least 90 days thereafter. You will also furnish Information relative to the restoration res-toration to tho local newspapers as a matter of news without expense to the government, and otherwise give all possible publicity thereto.
