When completed the buib'lng will contain eight room, four on each of the two floors. It is to be heated and ventilated by the latest Improved process, and Is to have all the modern conveniences snd appliances that are designed for educational institutions. Tbe building will be constructed con-structed of brick and stone, and will be M by 2 feet ground dimension.
