OCR Text	Show GOVERNERS MEET IN COLORADO. Former and Present Executives of Twenty-five States in Session. Colorado Springs. Former and present pres-ent executives from 25 states pathered hero Tuesday for the opening confer ence of governors. With tbey sat Secretary of the Interior Franklin K Lane, the president's personal representative, repre-sentative, to advise them relative to the policies of the government. Colorado's welcome by Governor Amnions was further emphasized by Major M. C. Clesson of Colorado Springs. A resionse by Governor W'tillam Spry of Utah, followed by the appointment of a temporary chairman and a committee on arrangements, comprised the scheduled program for the morning session.
