Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the call of the President Pres-ident of the Delta Canal Company, Com-pany, a special meeting of the stockholders of said corporation will be held at the principal office of-fice of the Company at Delta, Utah, at 2 o'clock, p. m., on the 30th day of Sept., A. Notice is hereby given that Charles Theobald, et al, whose post office address ad-dress is Hinckley, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the session laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate appropri-ate one-hundredth (.01) of a cubic-foot of water per second from Robbers' spring, Millard county, Utah. said spring issues at a point which bears north 32 degrees, west 21,120 feet from united states location Monument No. 235, in unsurveyed Township 16 south, Range 12 west, Salt Lake Base and meridian. me-ridian. The water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of SO feet, and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering water-ing purposes. All protests against tlie granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication publi-cation of this notice.
