Show Utah, 1907, a3 amended by the session laws of Utah, 1909 andl9U, to appro-; priate one hundred (10U) cubic-feet of water per second from Sevier river, Millard county, Utah. Said water was to have been diverted at a point of 2212 feet east, 1221 feet south of !he southeast corner of section 9, Township Town-ship 17 south, Range" west. Salt Lake Base and meridian, from where it was to have been conveyed by means of a canal for a distonce of 31,680 feet and there used from September 1st of each year, to April 30, inclusive, of the yeai following, to irrigate 10, 210 acres of land embraced in section 7 to 22, inclusive, in-clusive, Township 17 south. The West Hinckley Land & Irrigation Ir-rigation company, assignee, of Salt Lake City, Utah, now makes application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of section 128Sx2l, chapter B2, session laws of Utah, 1909, to divert the said water at a point south M degrees, de-grees, 44 minutes east, 615 feet from the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 9. Township 17 south, Range 7 west, and convey it by means of a canal for a distance of GO. 000 feet and there used during the period originally origin-ally specified, to irrigate 20,240 acres of land embraced in sections 17,18,19.30 and 31, Township 16 south, Range 7 west; sections 5 and C, Township 17 south, Range 7 west; sections 13 to 16, inclusive, 21 to 28, inclusive, 32 to 36, inclusive. Township 16 south. Range 8 west, and sections 1 to 4, inclusive, 7 to 16, inclusive, 21 and 22, Township 17 south. Range 8 west, together with the land included in-cluded in the original application. This application appli-cation is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. a307. All protests against the granting of- said application, ap-plication, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completien of the publication pub-lication of this notice. Notice is hereby given that the Sevier River Land & Water Company, Com-pany, whose post-olfice address is Salt Lake City, Utah, made application ap-plication in accordance with the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1,907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate ap-propriate sixty-eight (68) second-feet second-feet of water from the Sevier River in Juab County. Said water wa-ter was to have been diverted at a point of 2385 ft. north and 1757 ft. east of the south-west corner of Section 28, Township 14 south, Range 3 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of 43 miles, and there used from April 1 to Sept. 30, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 7040 acres of land, embraced em-braced in Sees. 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 23, 28, and 29, T. 19 S., R. 6 W. In addition, the applicant ap-plicant proposed to divert 7749 acre-feet of water from the Sevier Se-vier River at the above described describ-ed point and store it from January Jan-uary 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, in a reservoir locally lo-cally known as Fool Creek Reservoir, Res-ervoir, embraced in Sees. 31 and 32, T. 15 S., R. 4 W., and Sees. 5, 6 and 7, T. 16, S..R.4W., and Sec. 1. T. 16 S., R. 5 W., from where it was to have been released re-leased at a point N. 84 deg. 35 min. W. 1716 ft. from the southeast corner of said Section 1, and conveyed and used during the period and for the purpose above mentioned. The Delta Land & Water Company, assignee as-signee of the Sevier River Land & Water Company, whose post-office post-office address .is Delta, Utah, now makes application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of Section 1288x24, Chapter 62, Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to divert the said 68 sec. ft. of water wa-ter at a point which bears N. 65 deg. 30 min. E., 2600 ft. from the south quarter corner of Sec. 26, Twp. 16 south, Range 6 W, and convey it by means of a canal, for a distance of 38 miles, where it will be used during the period originally specified to irrigate ir-rigate 37,760 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sees. 7-10, 15-22, and 27-34, T. 15 S., Sees. 1-11, 14-16, 21-24, 27, 28, 33-35, T. 16 S., Sees. 3, 4, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 33, 34, and 35, T. 17 S., and Sees. 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9, T. 18 S., all in Range 7 west. The applicant also al-so wishes to change the place of storage of the 7749 acre-feet of water to a reservoir embraced in Sees. 24, 25, and 36, T. 16 S., R. 2 W., Sees. 19,30-32, T. 16 S., R. 1 W., Sees. 4-10, 16, 17. 20, 21, 26-28, 34, and 35, T. 17 S., R. 1 W., Sees. 1-4, 10-15, 22-26, 35 and 36, T. 18 S., R. 1 W., Sees, land 12 T. 17 S., R. 2 W., and Sec. 30, T. 18 S., R. IE., S. L. B. & M. The center of the impounding im-pounding dam will bear S. 25 deg. 35 min. E. 972 ft. from the southwest corner of Sec. 36, T. 16 S., R. 2 W., at which point the water will be released, and allowed to flow down the Sevier River to the point last above described and there recovered, conveyed, and used in connection connec-tion with the 68 sec. ft. to irrigate ir-rigate the land above described. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No- a319. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
