H To the Delta Entrymen: I When you come to Delta and took advantage of the State's Liberal T offer of a farm that you KNOW to be one of ihe BEST in the west, 1 Z you promised to write some of your friends and tell them how you liked it; 1 J but you have been busy getting the new home started, the land plowed, the T new well down for fine lithia water, the house up and the seed in the 2 ground. You thought of your promise several times and told yourself that Z J you really would write tomorrow, but well, you were busy, and each T week the memory of your promise became dimmer. I Now, we both want good, substantial, progressive farmers, don't we? Every good family that comes in here to live and improves a farm makes ? j your farm more valuable, don't they? Makes belter neighbors for the wife and children. J Won't you sit down today and write at least two of your old ftiends and neighbors; tell them of the opportunities here for industrious farmers not to get rich quick. There is no place here for a lazy man, or the man X J seeking a "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow," but a REAL opportun- Y ity for the earnest, sincere farmer who is willing to work, willing to sacrifice t a little now for the sake of an INDEPENDENT FUTURE. Z Tell them of our clear.sunshiney days and ihe dry, exhiliraling climate. $ X Tell them of the splendid opportunity for successful hog-raising. t Tell them of alfalfa grown in this valley from fields planted thirty-five J years ago. T Tell them of the gravity irrigation system, insuring a crop every year. TELL THEM, that building a new farm means work, and some t t capital and MORE WORK. Then send us their names and we will mail them booklets and pictur- X es of your new home our wonderful Delta Country; You will be doing ? this company, you'r friend and yourself a favor. Won't you do it today? t Western Securities Company, Sole Colonization Agents for Delta Land and Water Co., Delia, Utah. Z List your property for quick sale SUMMERLAND FARMS COMPANY.
