Show An Old Fashioned Social. A large number of our people' :ongregated at the Ward hall on Wednesday evening and participated partici-pated in the enjoyments of an old time social, going in their everyday every-day duds and some went farther md wore apparel that looked like they might have been discarded by a hobo in the 18th century. A unique program made up of various games, recitations, musi-:al musi-:al selections, songs and mock trials, afforded an immense lot Df genuine jolly fun. Refreshments Refresh-ments followed, consisting of bread and milk, sorghum cake and pop-corn, to which all did ample justice. H. L. Barnes of Salt Lake ity traded a Boise, Idaho, business block for a 40 acre ranch 4J mile west of Delta, one day the past week. The ranch traded for belonged be-longed to Spaulding& Livingston. A party at Sutherland, intending intend-ing no doubt to send the Chronicle Chron-icle a news item, want ad or a remittance, mailed us a stamped government envelope Wednesday which was unsealed and contained contain-ed nothing.
