Show Summons In the district court of the fifth judicial district of the state of Utah inland for-the county coun-ty of Millard. Delta Land & Wa-' ter Company, a corporation, cor-poration, Plaintiff, S. A.VS'WilliamS Summons, and June Doe Williams, Wil-liams, his wife, (otherwise (oth-erwise unknown). Defendants. J The state of Utah to the said defendants: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served'within the county in which this action is brought, otherwise within thirty days after af-ter service, and defend the above entitled action, and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This action is brought to recover re-cover a judgment against the defendant, de-fendant, S. A. Williams, for the sum of Nineteen Hundred One and Fifty-seven-100 ($1901.57) Dollars, principal and interest computed to the 26th day of July, 1915, on two certain land and water contracts held by the defendant, de-fendant, S, A. Williams, for the purchase, respectively, of the following described land and the water right for the same, situated situat-ed in Millard County, State of Utah, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: The South West Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section 32, township 15 South, Range 7 West, and for the further sum of Seventy-one and ninety-nine-100 ($71.99) Dollars, water assessments for maintenance and for the further sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars, attorney's fees and for costs of suit, and for the j appointment of a reciever during the pendency of this action-James action-James Alex Melville, Attorney for Plaintiff.
