Show Hinckley Happenings Boost! Boost! Boost! ye farmers farm-ers and citizens for the Co. Fair to be held in Deseret this season. Boosting is the thing that pays large dividends in an affair of this kind, especially because it depends entirely upon all the towns in the neighborhood. All the chairmen of various committees, commit-tees, now is the time to get busy and see what you can represent in your booth. The farmers are going to be willing to help you and assist in securing the products pro-ducts necessary, and to the people peo-ple of Hinckley let's have a splendid and large variety, of anything that pertains to the showing what Hinckley is good for. If we don't boost no one is going to do it for us. It is strictly an individual proposition, proposi-tion, and we can do it, and we must. There is not a surrounding surround-ing town that can do more than we can if we will try. So all get busy and have Hinckley represented repre-sented properly in the biggest event of the season! Prof. McClellan of the Millard Mil-lard Academy gave a discourse on the efficiency of education and the practical phrase of education, edu-cation, last Sunday night. He explained very clearly the great necessity of a person getting a fairly good education; the advantage advan-tage that such a person has over those who are not educated, and how environment rather than heredity effects great characters. There was a large audience of both old and young, and we only wish there could have been a larger number, as the lecture was so interesting and instructive instruct-ive The party for Arnold Workman Work-man which was not well attended attend-ed Friday night was held Sat- urday night. As the' weather man was more congenial that night, a large number of people came. Ice cream was sold and a most delightful time was had by all. The party given in honor hon-or of our departing missionary was indeed a success. A new residence belonging to Alma Western is going up rapidly in the west part of town. Miss Mae Mortensen, who has been visiting her two sisters and friends, will return to Idaho in a few days to resume her High School art work. Our Co. Supt. of Public schools, Dean F.
