Show Engineers Get Regimental Colors Headquarters, European Theater of Operations Regimental colors, designed in 1936 when the unit existed ex-isted only in the future plans of the Army, were presented by Brigadier Brig-adier General Cecil R. Moore, chief engineer, European Theater of Operations, to an engineer general service regiment, at an impressive retreat ceremony and review. The colors, brilliant scarlet and gold, were accepted on behalf of the engineers by the regimental commander, Lt. Col. Wm. H. Bell, Jr., 1912 N. Lincoln Street, Arlington. Arling-ton. Va. .Officers witnessing the ceremonies included Col. Roy W. Grower, 3 Front enac Drive, St. Louis, Mo., former commanding officer of-ficer of the regiment and now deputy commander of the base section in which the unit is on duly. The colors were paraded in the review by a color guard composed of Staff Sergeant Vernon Wells, Fort Smith,' Arkansas, who carried the national colors; Staff Sergeant ; Wm. Van Nov. 325 W.
