Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer o appropriate water in Millard, County. State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. 1B36S- J. L. Oliver, RED No. 1, Delta, Ut. 8.0 sec. ft. for irrigation ; use from an open drain by means of a pump at a point S. 1320 ft. I from KU Cor. Sec. 30, T15S, R7W. I The water will be used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 15 to irrigate 320 acres of land embraced in Sees. 20, 29 land 30, T15S, R7W. 16369- Reed L. Johns, RFD No. 1, Delta, Ut., 6.0 sec. ft. for irrigation use from an open drain by means of a pump at a point S. 825 ft. and W. 1320 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 25, T16S, RSW. The water will be used I from Mar. 1 to Nov. 15 to irrigate 240 acres of land embraced in Sees. 24 and 25, T16S, RSW. 1 16373- Leland Roper, Oak City, Ut., .015 sec. ft. for stockwatering use from a 4-in. well bet. 50 and 250 ft. deep at a point S. 698 ft. and W. 1087 'ft. from the NE Cor. Sec. 33, T15S, R4W. ....16447- William Killpack, Delta, Ut., .015 sec. ft, for domestic use from a 2-in. well bet. 150 and 200 ft. deep at a point S. 50 ft. and W. 135 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 14, T17S, R7W. 16468- Owen A. Western, Deseret, Ut., .015 sec. ft. for stock watering use from a 1 M -in. well bet, 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point S. 858 ft. and W. 660 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 8, T18S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, U-tah, U-tah, with a fee of $1 on or before July 28, 1945.
