Show HINCKLEY . . . Sebrina Ekins Mrs. Mary Abbott has gone to San Die-go to join her husband. Mis. A. 1.. llunsaker of Salt Lake City visited here for a week with her parents, .M-S Van Horn. M-S Don T. Bishop spent the week end here, returning to Tooele Tuesday morning. I.ayton Maxfield of Salt Lake vis-iied vis-iied with M-S Amos Maxfield Monday. Mon-day. M-S George Stewart spent the weekend visiting in American Fork with their daughter Norma. M-S I.eon Abbott and family left here Friday morning to go to Rochester, Roch-ester, Wash., to make their home. Before leaving they sold their farm to M-S Karl Workman. M-S Gordon Bishop have moved from the Blake house to Cropper Lane in the Don Bishop home. Heber Bishop has had his home refinished on the outside, and El-fred El-fred Reeve is adding to his home. Mrs. Catherine Hutchinson is moving mov-ing into the Sanderson home. Her health has improved and she has decided to move back to Hinckley. Mrs. Lee Pratt of Tooele visited here Sunday with M-S Wm. B. Pratt. Jim Johnson of Salt Lake spent Friday and Satu' day with M-S Leslie Les-lie Webb. M-S Ted Smith have moved back from Tooele to make their home here. They are living in the Slaughter Slau-ghter home. M-S Elden Jensen returned Tuesday Tues-day evening from a trip to Ogden and Salt Lake. Mrs. Ellen Scoop-myer Scoop-myer came back with them for a visit. Max Bishop of Salt Lake spent the weekend here. M-S Adam Ekins have gone to Moncello for a trip to visit Mr. E-kins E-kins sister. They made the trip down with M-S Ray Ekins. Harrison and Rulon Slaughter of California have come to stay a-while a-while with their mother, Mrs. Sarah Sa-rah Slaughter. Wayne Peterson has gone to Denver Den-ver with Homer Petersen and Or-ran Or-ran Ashby to buy cattle. Roy Hilton and Lowell Petersen have been quite sick with flu this week. Richard Shurtliff made a trip to Salt Lake last week. Mrs. Lowell Petersen returned home last week from a trip to Salt Lake. Mrs. Wanda Barnes is the Red Cross chairman of the membership drive. She has chosen the following follow-ing workers to help her: John E. Wright, Ivan Wright, Hazel Davis, Arvilla Workman, Nina Mecham, Arvilla Swensen, Clara Stewart, E-laine E-laine Hardy, Manon Robison and Mary Pratt. The Pratt families gave the program pro-gram in church Sunday evening. Wm. B. Pratt was in charge of the following program: Prayer, Mrs. Mary Pratt; Reading, Mrs. Nellie Pratt, two vocal solos, Mrs. Joy Pratt, Talk, Marion Pratt, Prayer, Mrs. Angie Pratt. Richard Shurtliff gave a talk on Red Cross. ' |
