Show Roundy Receives Medal . i X - j Sgt. Nathan J. Roundy Marine Gunnery Sergeant Nathan Nath-an J. Roundy, 24, son of George E. Roundy of Delta, has been awarded award-ed the Bronze Star medal, for heroism hero-ism in action during the battle for Saipan, the Marine Corps announced announ-ced today. He was decorated at an advanced advanc-ed Pacific base. The Provo Leatherneck Leather-neck also wears the Presidential Unit Citation ribbon, awarded to his division for its part in the conquest con-quest of Saipan and Tinian. A marine since 1940, Sgt. Roundy also took part in the Marshall Islands Is-lands campaign early in 1944. His wife, Deon, lives in Provo. The following Millard County men have been ordered by the Local Lo-cal Draft Board to, report for induction induc-tion on March 8, 1945.
