The session will precede the Relief Society conference to be held at 3 p. m. Mr. and Mrs. Dee King, Mr. and Mrs. Eb Stapley and Glen Stewart returned Sunday after spending a week in California. They went to Sacramento where they joined Mr. and Mrs. Virt Stewart and went on to Los Angeles. After two days there they returned to Sacramento then returned to Delta. Is Hostess To Roltn Art Club Mrs. Callie Morley entertained the members of the Delta Art Club on Thursday night for dinner and cards. The party was held at the home of her sister, Mrs. Effie Nel-son, where dinner was served to Amelia Cole, Donna Sorenson, Loa Black, Nell Callister, Verna Walch, Romania Bird, Liz Pace, Athena Cook, Violet Snow Alma Petersen, club membrs and Nona Chesley and Norma Pearson, guests. At the tables high scores were held by Mrs. Callister and Mrs. Bird, while Mrs. Callister held low. For IBirllaclay ' Last Wednesday T. C. Gronning celebrated another birthday and enjoyed a long distance telephone conversation with three daughters. At 9 p m. connections were made with Mrs. Esther Lauber, in San Francisco, Mrs. Louise Marsh in Twin Falls, Idaho, and Mrs. Erma Davenport in Kansas City. Mr. Gronning talked over his home telephone, and Mrs. Gronning tal-ked on the same line from the home of Mrs. Adeline Jeffery. All were on the line at the same time to exchange family news and greet ings.
