Show September Bride Is Honored At Bridal Showers Mr. and Mrs. Oak Dutson announce an-nounce the marriage of their daughter, dau-ghter, Mildred to Ted Abeyta, son of Mrs. Mary St. Clair, of Drager-ton, Drager-ton, Utah. The ceremony took place in Dragerton on Monday Sept. 11. The young couple met In Salt Lake City, where both were employed em-ployed during the summer. They will now make a home in Price, where Mr. Abeyta is employed, and the bride will attend high school for her senior yean They visited in Delta during the week with the bride's parents, and the bride was honored at two bridal bri-dal showers. Mrs. Evan Christensen, an aunt, was hostess at a tea and shower on Saturday afternoon at her home in Delta. Fall flowers arranged by Mrs. Helen Baker, Mrs. Wanda Beckwith and Mrs. Bessie Dewsnup decorated the rooms. Mrs. Abeyta, gowned in a formal frock of black and pink net ruffles and her mother, mo-ther, received the guests. Mrs. Leora Jackson, sister of the bride, and Mrs. Sadie Oldham, of Salt Lake City, presided at the serving table, and were assisted by Noleen Dutson, Karen Christensen, Christ-ensen, and Pauline Day, of Fillmore. Fill-more. In the gift rooms Mary Jo Christensen, Beverly Dutson, Elaine Gardner , Jennie Sagers and Thel-ma Thel-ma Eckstrom were in charge.. Guests from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. J. C. St. Clair, of Dragerton, parents of Mr. Abeyta, and .family, Mrs. Newell Day and Mrs. Edward Finlinson, of Fillmore LaMae Finlinson, Oak City, and an honored guest was the bride's grandmother, Mrs. Mary C. Finlinson, Finlin-son, of Oak City. On Thursday afternoon the bride was honored at a shower in Oak i City, at the home of her grand-mother. grand-mother.
