Show SUTHERLAND . . . Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Rollins of Iowa are visiting with Mrs. Rol-l'in's Rol-l'in's parents Mr. and Mrs. Avon Barney. Mrs. Rollin's is the former Betty Grace Barney. Mr. and Mrs. Milo Mortenson made a trip into Spanish Fork last Thursday. Mrs. Mortensen returned re-turned to Delta and Mr. Mortensen went on to Salt Lake with a group of men who went in to give blood for Mr. Albert Ogden. Other blood donors were Kenneth Ken-neth May and Don Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Walker and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Walker drove out to Callao last week end. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Jensen went to the Manti temple on Friday. Mr. Bernard Munster made a trip into Montana on Thursday and Friday. Miss Wilma Wixom, our public health nurse, who is on leave to attend the University of Oregon, and Miss Nell Wixom from the Holy Cross hospital are spending a week visiting their sister, Mrs. Bert Sanford. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Robison made a trip to Salt Lake on Saturday to take their daughter, Pamela, for a dental examination. Mrs. Fred Turner entertained the ! Jackson, Virginia Lyman, Manon Robison, Eleanor Roberts, Betty Johnson, Zelda Ogden, Dale Bishop, Hazel Walker, Delia Johnson and Florice Sanford. After luncheon was served an election was held at which Manon ; Robison was released as president and Maxine Owens the former sec. was made president. Betty Johnson John-son is the new secretary. Mr. and Mrs. Art Steele of Salt Lake City and Miss Bee Roberts of Cedar City were Visitors on Sunday, Sun-day, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Brose Roberts. Mr. and Mrs. Evan Skidmore made a trip to Cedar City to take their daughter, Marilyn, who is attending at-tending school at the BAC. i Mr. and Mrs. Leo Davis took their daughter, Evelyn to Provo where she will start classes at the BYU. Mr. Reid Maxfield, of Wayne , county, has been staying for a I week at the home oT Mr. and Mrs. Heber Tippetts. He left for his home on Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Lee of Tooele Too-ele were the visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Seth Lee on Saturday I and Sunday. Mrs. Vernon Roper visited at the home of her sister, Mrs. Ferrell Wal ker on Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Anderson drove to Salt Lake on Sunday. They are expected back on Tuesday. Tues-day. Mr. and Mrs. Vic Finken and three children left Sunday to re-l re-l turn to their home in- Iowa after a visit in Sutherland with Mrs. Finken's parents Mr. and Mrs. Ar-mond Ar-mond Ogden. |
