Show Services Held Saturday For Tooele Matron Funeral services were held Satur day at 1 p. m. in the Tooele Second Sec-ond ward church under the direction direct-ion of Bishop O. T. Barrus of the Tooele Fifth ward for Mrs. Sophia Lougy Droubay age 78, who died Tuesday at 9:30 p. m. in a Salt Lake hospital of causes incident to age. TVTrc nTrtuhnu woe Vr,rn Tunp 13 1871 in Tooele a daughter of Francis Fran-cis X. and Mary Ann Warburton Lougy. She was married to Hyrum Droubay in 1891 in Tooele and had been a lifelong resident of Tooele and Lake View. Her husband hus-band died several years ago. She was active in the DUP for a number of years. Surviving are three sons, Leon Droubay, Tooele; Harold Droubay, Salt Lake City; and Clyde Droubay Los Angeles, Cal.; two sisters, Mrs. William Nix, Tooele, and Mrs. Belle Bel-le Smith, Delta; also eight grandchildren. grand-children. Burial was in the Tooele City Cemetery. |
