Show SOCIETY NEWS Tho Sigma Pheta girls loft for Logan Lo-gan canyon this morning, where they will spend the Fourth at the Thatcher Thatch-er camp. Mrs. Fred Parkinson will accompany them. H Mrs. Ariel Cardon entertained tho I1" members of her club on Wednesday afternoon at bridge. Light refreshments refresh-ments were served. Tho guests were: Mrs. Robert Anderson, Mrs. George 'Hendricks, Mrs. Itoy Dullen, Mrs. Asa Dullen, Mrs. E. O. Peterson, Peter-son, Mrs. Leslie Naisbltt, Mrs. 'Carl Robinson, Mrs. O. W. Adams, Mrs. Guy Cardon, Mrs. Clarence Cardon, and Mrs. Frank Thatcher. A surpriso was given, Monday evening ev-ening by the members of the Second ward choir, on the leader, Mr. I. B. k Holman. They mot at his homo, 3 which was prettily decorated with snowballs and other garden flowers. Out-door games were played and an interesting program enjoyed. A de licious lunch was served. Thero were about thirty members present. Miss Mattle Worley gave a swlm-hilng swlm-hilng party on Wednesday evening for eight of her girl friends, after which they were taken to tho home of Miss Velda Simpson, whero dainty refreshments were served . Mrs. W. W. WllllamB entertained tho members of her club Thursday, with a swimming party, after which they adjourned to her homo where refreshments were served and the remainder re-mainder of the afternoon spent In sewing. Twelve guests were present. The St. John's unit of tho Red Cross met Thursday with Mrs. E. T. Lewis. Tho afternoon was spent In knitting and rolling bandages. About twenty ladles were present. MIsa Carrie Hanson entertained at a Kensington Wednesday evening. Tho rooms' were bright with garden flowers. Music and games wcro en-Joyed. en-Joyed. Twenty guests wero presont. Bridge was played from two small tables, with refreshments following. Tho Delta PI club will meet this afternoon at the homo of Miss Rachel Balllf. Sewing will be tho diversion of the afternoon.
