Show Pleasant Affair Over at Paradise PARADISE, Feb. 10. An entertainment enter-tainment was given in the ward meeting meet-ing house Thursday, Feb. 5th, by the Paradise choir. The entertainment commenced with a -musical program lasting from 7:30 to 0:30 p. m., after which all indulged in a dance. Tho proceeds are to be used in purchasing a new chapel organ. Much credit Is due the B. Y. College band, which added materially to tho evening's enjoyment. en-joyment. The college boys remained with us until Friday morning and returned re-turned for school. A welcome party was given Friday evening, Feb, 7th, in honor' of Elder John II. Shaw, who returned recently from a mission In California. Elder Shaw reports that his mission was time well spent. Joslah Tarns Is wearing a smile that wont como off. It's a boy. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Miles, of Canada, aro visiting with relatives in Paradise. |
