Show PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given pursuant pur-suant to the Communications Act of 1934 as amended and the rules of the Federal Communications Com-munications Commission to any and all concerned that on October 24, 1972 an application applica-tion for authority to construct 1 Class C FM Stereo Radio fation on Channel 235, 94.9 'Hz was filed with the F. C. J. on behalf of the New Era Broadcasting Company, licensee licen-see of station here. The officers and directors include in-clude Charles F. Hunter, president, pres-ident, with 90 of the stock; Charles R. Hunter, vice president; presi-dent; Jon C. Hunter, secretary and treasurer; Ruth H. Hunter Robert H. Hunter, director and L. V. Broadbemt, Director. The new FM station loca-'on loca-'on will be at the present ransmitter site of KBRE on he Midvalley Road near the Lund Hiway. The transmitter 'tput power will be 25.36 TCilDwatts. The broadcast time ill be unlimited hours. The 'ntenna Height will be 246 feet.
