Show nKsnrnKaamnr .... 1 xT I RAYMOND I). PERRY Former resident succumbs; services held Raymond DeVar Perry 52, of 4114 Benview Drive, Salt Lake City, died in a Salt Lake Hospital October 26, 1974. He was born June 25, 1922 in Cedar City to Raymond B. and Mildred Thayne Perry. He married lone Mitchell Nov. 21, 1942 in Cedar City, later solomnized in Salt Lake Temple. He w as dispatch supervisor for PIE and a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife of Salt Lake, his mother Mildred Perry of Cedar City, one brother Ward of Salt Lake and two sisters. Mrs. Merrill (Carol)) Howell and Mrs. Doris Buoy of Cedar City. Funeral services were held Tuesday Oct. 29, 1974 at 12 noon ' in the Jordan North 4th Ward Chapel with Bishop Clair Lott conducting. ) Further services were held in I the Cedar Stake Center Wed. Oct. 30 at 1 p.m.. Bishop Boyd Bladen conducting. Family prayer was by Loraine Condie. Valaine Bladen played the prelude music. Invocation was by Gale Wood. The speaker was Bishop Giles Bolander. A vocal solo by-Bishop by-Bishop Blaine Johnson "Some where My Love", Benediction by . Robert Hansen. Dedication of the grave with military honors in the Cedar City Cemetery was by Arthur Clark. |
