Show Audience to participate in series on Freedom Perhaps the most offbeat of the Freedom and Responsibility programs is that which will be presented Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the SUSC Music Center, Room 206 in Cedar City. This fourth program, entitled "Games, Rules, and Freedom", Is unlike any of the others In the series in that it depends entirely on audience participation participa-tion from beginning to end. There will be no film, slide, or dramatic presentation as In previous programs no presenter present-er in the usual sense. . Games, Rules, and Freedom ofifers Freedom, and Responsl-bllity Responsl-bllity participants a demonstration demonstra-tion of one of the new educational educa-tional games that are receiving so much attention. The game is called "Star Power," and pre-senter pre-senter H. Bruce Bylund, Professor Pro-fessor of Sociology at Utah State University, says, "I've tried this game with everyone from freshman students to college col-lege department heads, and the reaction Is essentially the same. People always find it ex-tremely ex-tremely interesting In Itself and meaningful in understanding understand-ing oneself and the way groups work; and finally the insights gained from It ead to vigorous discussion. |
