Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8267 (71-3277) John M. McGarry, Mariam A. McGarry, care of John M. McGarry, Beryl, Utah 84714, proposes to change the point of diversion, place of use of 180.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 266.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 16525 (71-1258), (71-1258), Ext. to Resume Use No. 288. The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 1900 ft. and W. 1165 ft. from NV4 Cor. Sec. 22, T35S, R17W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 for the irrigation of 66.50 acs. in NEV4NWV4, SEV4NWV4 Sec. 22, T35S, R17W. Hereafter, 180.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 266.0 ac. ft. of 1 water is to be diverted from two existing wells: (1) 16-inch well, 300 ft. deep; (2) 16-inch well, 333 ft. deep at points: (l)N.30ft. and E. 30 ft. from S'4 Cor.; (2) N. 80 ft. and E. 90 ft. from SW Cor., both Sec. 9, T36S, R16W; and (2 miles South of Beryl Junction); and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 386.40 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 45.00 acs in SV2 Sec. 9, W2SWV4 Sec. 10, T36S, R16W. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. a-8270 (73-2292) Kent and Bonnie S. Stapley, Rt. 1, Box 99B, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion, place of use of 9.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 160 ac.ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Underground Water Claim 5222, Change Appl. a-6601 (73-1443). (73-1443). The water has been diverted from a 10-inch well, 410 ft. deep at a point N. 1240 ft. and E 1300 ft. from WV4 Cor Sec. 14, T35S, R11W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 40 acs. in NW'4N-W'4, NW'4N-W'4, SWV4NWV4 Sec. 14, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 9.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 160.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 8-inch well at a point S. 87 degrees 59'54" W. 1136 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 32, T35S, R11W (3 mi. northwest of Cedar City); and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 2.32 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 2.27 acs. in NEV4SEV4 Sec. 32, T35S, RllW. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. a-8271 (73-2293) Bruce A. Gardiner and Claudia D. Gardiner, Gar-diner, 1225 West Harding Avenue, Sp. No. 6, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 4.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Underground Water Claim 6009 (73-227). The water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, 306 ft. deep at a point N. 2110 ft. and E. 140 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 29, T36S, R12W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 1.0 ac. in SEV4NE1-4, SE4 Sec. 29, T36S, R12W. Hereafter, 4.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 250-350 ft. deep at a point N. 1395 ft. and W. 180 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 25, T36S, R13W (11 mi. w est of Cedar City ); and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 6 cattle and 2 horses; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.765 acs. in NEI4SWI4 Sec. 25, T36S, R13W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before April 5, 1975.
