Locations in SLB&M. a-8268 ( 71-1976) Sherwin M. Adams, Enterprise, Utah 84725, proposes to change the point of diversion, place of use of 139.20 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 15509. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 310 ft. and E. 20 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 6, T37S, R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 34.80 acs. in NW'4NW'4, SW4NWI4 Sec. 6, T37S, R16W. Hereafter, 139.20 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two wells: (1) 16-inch well, 300 ft. deep; (2) 16-inch well, 333 ft. deep at points: (1) N. 30 ft. and E. 30 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 9; (21 N. 80 ft. and E. 90 ft. from SW Cor.
