Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise disignated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8249 (71-3276) Ray Thomas Enterprises, Inc., 410 East Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89104, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 6.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 80.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Approved Appl. 16699, Change Appl. a-7781, (77-3228). The water has been diverted from two wells at points: (1) N. 80 ft. and E. 1360 ft. (2) N. 80 ft. and E. 100 ft., both from SW Cor. Sec. 32, T34S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 20 acs. in SWV4SW4 Sec. 32, T34S, R16W. Hereafter, 6.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 80.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-10-inch well, 150 ft. deep at a point N. 110 ft. and W. 1030 ft. from E4 Cor. Sec. 32, T34S, R16W; and used for domestic purposes of one family; and used from Apr. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 1.32 acs. in SE4NE'.4 Sec. 32, T34S, R16W. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. a-8250 (73-2291) Security Title Company of Southern Utah, P.O. Box 1140, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion of 10.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 321.57 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Underground Water Claim 9926 (73-763). The water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, 250 ft. deep at a point N. 1195 ft. and W. 940 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, R11W; and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 20 cattle, 10 horses; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 114 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 80 acs. inS'2NW'4. NSWU Sec. 21, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 10.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well. 100-300 ft. deep at a point E. 891 ft. and S. 231 ft. from V4 Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, RllW; and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 2 cattle, 52 poultry, 2 sheep; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 2.29 acs. in N 1 2SW 1 4, S 1 2NW 1 4 Sec. 21 , T35S, RllW. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before March 29, 1975.
