The directors voted to send a representative to the Cedar City Council's Feb. 1 meeting to explain the federation's goals and organization. McArthur reported that CPN called for an inventory of their system which they plan to have completed by Jan. 26. He said that serious negotiations can begin when the inventory in-ventory is completed. The directors discussed having . George Fadel draw up a, letter to be sent to municipalities for their possible use in informing CPN that their franchise will not be renewed. It was reported that Santa Clara, Ivins . and Kanaab have sent similar letters to CPN already.
