Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER TIM-BER SALE, THE DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST, BOULDER SALE located within T32S, R4E; Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Sealed bids will be received by the Forest Supervisor, Super-visor, or his authorized representative at the Office of the Forest Supervisor, Federal Building, Cedar City, Utah 84720, at 2:00 p.m. local time, on October Oc-tober 1, 1976, to be followed immediately by oral bidding, for an estimated 2784 M board feet of live timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minimum acceptable bid per M board feet is: Ponderosa pine and other species $21.45. Additional Ad-ditional deposit required for slash disposal is $1.63 per M board feet of all species. The bid rates will be subject to adjustment during the period of the sale as provided for by . quarterly adjustment provisions of the timber sale contract. In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimated volume of dead timber of all species which will be paid for at a flat rate of $1.00 per M board feet. Required bid guarantee is $2,300.00. Applicable purchaser road credits are $16,080. All included timber shall be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violation of the domestic processing requirement constitutes con-stitutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation can-cellation or in refusal to award timber sales to the violator, or debarment or suspension from bidding on future timber sales. This is a small-business set-aside set-aside sale. Bids from others will be considered if no valid bid is received from a small-business concern. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
