Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8967 (71-3338) U.S.A., Forest Service, 324 25th Str., Ogden, Utah 84401, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 5.04 ac. ft. of water from Washington Co. to Iron Co. as evidenced by a deeded portion of Water User's Claim 71-377. The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 15 ft. and W. 1180 ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 10, T37S, R18W; and used from Mar. . 15 to Dec. 31 for the stock-watering stock-watering of 6000 poultry in NE4SE'4 Sec. 10, T37S, R18W. Hereafter, 3.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 470 ft. deep at a point N. 83 deg. 55'46" W. 2725 ft. from EV Cor. Sec. 36, T36S, R20W, (S of Uvada in Iron Co.); and used for the supplemental stockwatering of 732 cattle but limited to 107 cattle in Sees. 36, 25, 24, 13, T36S R20W ; Sees. 1 and 12, T37S, R20W; Sees. 4, 5 and 6, T37S..R19W. The remaining amount of water will be used as heretofore. a-9002 (73-350) David H. Jenson, P.O. Box 1124, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to correct the place of use of 124.40 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by" Underground Water Claim 8176 and Change a-5145. The water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, 168 ft. deep at a point S. 405 ft. and W. 1520 ft. from Cor. Sec. 32, T35S, RllW; (3 mi. NW of Cedar) and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 31.10 acs. in SWV4SWV4 Sec. 30; SWV4NEV4, NW'4 Sec. 31, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 124.40 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted same as heretofore; and used from Mar. - 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 270.40 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 31.10 acs. in SW4SWV4 Sec. 30, T35S, RllW; W'NE'4, NW4 Sec. 31, T35S, RllW. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before September 18, 1976.
