Mrs. Ellis Bryant, Mr. and Mrs. EIRoy Bryant and family came from Parowan, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Low and Rodger of Monticello and Mr. and Mrs. Ned Palmer and four daughters of Blanding. Dr. and Mrs. Stanley Dalley and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Spendlove came from T-tovo. Also Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mitchell. The Spendloves were house guests of the Ber-trand Ber-trand Dalleys. Mrs. Joan Jerome and family members and Mrs. Barbara Batt, also Mrs. Karen Boardman, Heidi Velvette and Curtis were here from Parowan as were Mr. and Mrs. Max Dalley. Young Mason Humpherys was here from Houston to visit his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Humpherys. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Farrow welcomed most of their family, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Farrow and little daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Farrow came from Salt Lake City. Mrs. Francis Corder from Las Vegas, Nev. Also joining them were Mrs. Farrow's brothers, Mr. Taylor Walker of Orange, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. Ordell Walker, Las Vegas, Nev. and Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Walker of Orem. A large number of the Isaac Chamberlain family were here to spend the day. Mrs. Rua C. Jones and Mrs. Helen C. Jones of Enoch, Mr. and Mrs.. Edgar Chamberlain and Mr. and Mrs. Bud Chamberlain of Cedar City, Mrs. Lena Chamberlain, Winford Spendlove and Mr. and Mrs. Shyrl Chamberlain came from Hurricane. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Chamberlain came from Anaheim, Calif., Mr. and Mrs., DeLynri" Chamberlain from Washington, Ut. 1 By Donna Davenport Each month this year, various programs and activities have been held here to celebrate the Bicentennial, climaxed by the Reunion and Homecoming held Aug. 7 for all present and former residents. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Dalley and Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker were in charge of this most enjoyable day which began in the morning with registration and getting acquainted, followed by a delicious luncheon served by the Elders Quorum and their wives, headed by Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Green, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fife and Mr. and Mrs. Arden Richards. In the afternoon a fine program directed by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Johnson was presented. " Brief histories and some incidents in the lives of the 1 ! early settlers were given. ' ; " -- Mrs. Marc Allton and Mrs. Mac Jerome told about Mary Barton and the Allen family. Arden Richards took the part of William Smith and was assisted by a daughter and grandsons Mrs. Ricke Edwards, Erick and Shon. Mre. and Mrs. Von Davis of Price were Sunday visitors here with their folks Mr. and Mrs. Otto Dalley and the Jay Davenports. Mr. and Mrs. Carlisle Hulet and family and Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hulet traveled to Salt Lake City the first Sunday in Aug. to spend the day with their daughter and granddaughter and family, the Rex Ortons and to be there for the christening of the Ortons baby daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Dalley were happy to have members of their family here for the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Munson and two children were here from Fillmore, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Dalley and family and Miss Kathleen Dalley. Also Ivan's brother-in-law and sister Carl and Marie Crawford all came from the Salt Lake Ctiy area. Mrs. Itah Dalley and daughter Debra were here from St. George. Mrs. Elsie Lawrence Demler and two grandsons were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker and came from Bishop, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Farrow and Lara Came from Idaho Falls, Idaho to spend most of the week with their folks and a family get together and dinner was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Farrow. Other members of the Farrow family here for the reunion were Mr. and Mrs. Val Dean Williams and four sons of Bloomington and Jack Farrow of St. George. The Dee .White family represented Herbert White Sr. Alma Lawrence and sons Cleon and Devon told of Sylvanus C. Hulet, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Dalley gave a history of William Dalley. A large crowd enjoyed the day here. Many came to spend some time with family members. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Stapley enjoyed having all of their family here through most of the week. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Stapley and three children were here from Big Pine, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Bryce Stapley and four children came from Boise, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Stapley and two children of Bountiful joined the Dee El . Stapley's here. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Evans and , family were in Fillmore recently to visit the Lyle Evans family and attend a testimonial for Elder Rodney Evans. Kevin and Gary Whicker spent the week in Fillmore with their grandparetns Mr. and Mrs. Henry Whicker. Their folks, Mr. and Mrs, Fred Whicker, Curtis, Greg and Heather traveled to Fillmore Friday for the weekend and to bring their sons home. Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Davenport, Daven-port, Burke and Melanie spent the weekend in Escalante with their folks, the Vergean Porters. Mr. and Mrs. Ricke Edwards and three children spent several days here with the Arden Richards and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Smith. Another granddaughter grand-daughter of the Smith's, Lori Smith of Ogden was also here. Mrs. Afton Madsen Clark came from Springville. Mrs. Thurza D. Christensen, Glen, Marguerite and Craig Blake were here from Richfield, Mr. and Mrs. David Cheney of Washington, Ut., Mrs. Wilma C. Hillquist, Glendale, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. Walter K.
