Show NEW HARMONY NEWS By Marva D. Prince Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Verl Kelsey were a daughter Verlene Kelsey and a friend Terry Bullington of Salt Lake City, Utah, a son Marvin Kelsey of Cedar City, a son Mr. an d Mrs. Deon Kelsey and Kimberlie of For t Collins, Colorado where Deon is attending Colorado State University of Veterinary Medicine. They have all returne returned home but the Deon Kelseys who are staying for two weeks. Visitors Friday with Mr. and Mrs. Deon Hall were Dell and Ruth Durham of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Hall's son the late Reldon Hall converted the Durhams while in the Mission Field. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Prince are spending two weeks in parts of Calif, with their daughter and son-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. Hal (Dorothy) Torgersen and family and friends of Lyle and Venice.. Also they will spend an evening in Henderson, Nev. with Venices brother Mr. and Mrs. Ocal Williams on returning home. Visiting Thursday with the Verl Kelseys were Viola's sister Mrs. Esther Heaton of Alton, cousins Mr. and Mrs. Berle Bell of Vernal, 3 missionaries for dinner and visiting Elder Hauk from Wilmington Del, Elder Dward W. Loose, Rexberg, Idaho and Elder Genal W. Reese, Finksburg, Md. Also visiting the Kelseys, an aunt Daisy Ballard Rockville, Afton Ballard and a cousin Karen Wright of Hurricane. Many friends and relatives called at the home of Aunt Emma Nielson's Sat. to wish her a happy birthday. bir-thday. Aunt Emma was 89 and still very active in the Ward. We wish her a very special coming New Year with continued good health. Her daughter Mrs. Max Mecham of Milford, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mathews and family from St. Goerge, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Nielson of Parowan were here to celebrate their mother and grandmother's special day. Sheldon Grant attended a week of business meetings for the SUSC Sheldon is the supt. of the grounds at the College, Sheldon and his workers should be proud of the college campus, that they are in charge of. |
