Show Bishoprics sustained Two new bishoprics were sustained Sunday in the Cedar City Utah West Stake, it is announced by Dr. Conrad V. Hatch, Stake President. New bishoprics were sustained in the Cedar Ninth Ward and in the Cedar Eleventh Ward. At the Ninth Ward Larry A. Olsen was sustained by the membership as Bishop with Herman J. Houston as first councelor and Rex M. Michie as second counselor. Blaine W. Betensen will continue as executive with Norman M. Adams as the ward clerk and assistant clerks including Don R. Wheelwright, Dale P. Judd and Robert C. Hansen. Released from the bishopric after nearly six years were Dee G. Cowan as Bishop and Thomas B. Cardon and Bob R. Smith as his councilors. At the Cedar Eleventh Ward Kenneth S. Munford was sustained as Bishop with Roland B. Miles as first councilor and Bradley J. Allred as second counselor. Retained as executive secretary was Gordon L. Sutherland. Continuing to serve as ward clerk will be Don C. Snyder with Kenneth Darby as an assistant clerk. Released as Bishop of the Eleveth Ward was Harold Hiskey with Thomas Goodman and Therol McArthur as counselors. NEW BISHOPRIC.
