ROWLEY St. George Temple rites unite Dennis Rowley, Rexine McAllister Dennis James Rowley claimed claim-ed Miss Rexine McAllister in rites solemnized 'in the St. George Temple March 16. That evening the young couple was honored at a reception in the 2nd-8th Ward Church in St. George. Parents of the young couple are Mr. and Mrs. Richard M. Rowley, 291 S. 700 West and Mr. and Mrs. Rex B. McAllister, McAllist-er, St. George. The bride wore a gown of polyester voil which featured an empire waistline and bodice bod-ice and sleeves whioh were embroidered in French embroidery em-broidery lace. The long sleeves and high neckline added to the simple elegence of the dress. The full-length veil df bridal illusion fell from a petal pet-al cap which framed the bride's face. She carried a bouquet bou-quet of pink cimibidium orchids orch-ids and tiny pink rosebuds. The bride's attendants wore long pink and white check gingham dresses with daisy checkers. They carried white baskets arranged with ipink daisies. Attending the ibride were Misses Kate Thompson, Sheri Graflf, Ann Starr, and Corall Ann Barton. Petite Mary Ann McAllister was Jr. bridesmaid. Ryan Chamberlain stood as best man and Paul Wheelwright Wheel-wright ushered. Mrs. McAllister and Mrs. Rowley Wore ipink dresses with green cimibidium orchid corsages. cor-sages. The bride chose a green and white checked polyester suit with a white blouse and white shoes as her going away costume. cost-ume. They honeymooned on the West Coast. The neiwlyweds were also honored at a luncheon given by the bridegroom's parents at the home Of Mr. and Mrs. Clesson Bauer in St. George following the double ring ceremony. cere-mony. The bride is an honor graduate grad-uate of Dixie High where she was yearbook editor and was awarded the coveted Diamond D award. She graduated from Dixie College where she was president of the sorority Lam-ba Lam-ba Delta Sigma, and she is a graduate in Elementary Education Ed-ucation from SUSC where she was affiliated with Lamba Delta Sigma. Mr. Rowley is a graduate of Cedar High and is now a senior at SUSC. where he is a member of Sigma Gamma Chi and is majoring in Communications. Com-munications. He served a LDS Mission in the Brazil Central Mission and is presently working work-ing as a radio announcer at KSUB. The young couple will be living in Cedar while Mr. Rowley finishes school. |
