Show Parowan Lions hear from Dixie Forest officer at meeting At the luncheon meeting of the Parowan Lions Club last Thursday evening at the Firelight Fire-light Restaurant, the members mem-bers heard from Al Crozer of this Dixie National Forest Office Of-fice in Cedar City, states Earl Bunn, president. Mr. Crozer is in charge of timber management man-agement for the Dixie Forest, and showed slides and discussed dis-cussed different types of cutting, cut-ting, planting and thinning of trees on the forest After his film showing and talk, the meeting was opened up for discussion, with most members joining in with a so-called question and answer ans-wer period. John Padden, also a member of the Dixie Forest staff and a member of the Cedar City Lions Club, was with Mr. Crozer and took part in the discussion. |
