Show Robert Austin (Bob) Miller heart attack victim while traveing on Interstate-1 5 1939, and the marriage was later solemnized in the St. Jeorge LDS Temple. Survivors, in addition to his .vidow are the following sons tnd daughters: R. Gary, Parowan; Paro-wan; Mrs. Dean (Marsha) Ro jinson, Paragonah; Mrs. Clair A. (Vicky) Rowley of McGill, fev.; Cathy, Salt Lake City, and Phillip, presently serving as a missionary for the LDS Church in Western Canada. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren grand-children and following brothers broth-ers and sisters: Horace, Cedar City; Bert, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Bernlce Burns and Mrs. Neils (Mabel) Decker, both ol Parowan. Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p. m. for Robert Austin (Bob) Miller, 55, who died of a heart ailment Wednesday, Wed-nesday, while on his way t Cedar City, about two miles beyond Summit on 1-15. Hi-death Hi-death wasn't discovered until late in the afternoon, as he sat in the cab of his pickup truck he was driving, in the brush, off the side of the road. Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p. m. in the Parowan Third Ward chapel with Bishop Stephen Adams conducting and Mrs. June M. Decker at the organ for prelude pre-lude music. Richard W. Dotson, principal princi-pal of Parowan High School was a speaker, with Bruce D. Matheson giving a sketch of the life of the deceased and with Bishop Adams speaking briefly at the close. The family prayer was offered of-fered by Bishop Roger Smith. Arliss Jensen, principal of the elementary school, oliered the Invocation, the benediction was ofiered by Howard StubDs and the grave in the Parowan City cemetery was dedicated by Ivan S. Robb, a brother inlaw in-law The Parowan First ' Ward j choir, directed by Jackie Robinson Rob-inson and accompanied by June Decker, sang two numbers, num-bers, ,'The King of Love My Shepherd Is," and "Abide with Me". Helen Jean Robinson played "Forgotten," as a saxophone sax-ophone solo with her sister, Wilma Lamoteaux at the piano. pia-no. . Pallbearers were A. A. members and friends, and the prolusion of beautiful floral tributes were in charge of the lady members of the elementary ele-mentary school faculty and staff. Mr. Miller was born in Parowan. Par-owan. April 7, 1916, a son of John Horace and Rebecca Carson Miller and had resided here all of his life. At the time ol his death he was serving as custodian at the Parowan a Elementary School, and was ' an active civic worker in tho town. He was a member of the Parowan Lions Club, had served as a member of the Iron Country Fair Board, and served as secretary of the local lo-cal Alcoholics Anonymous Association. As-sociation.
