Show LDS Temple rites unite Morris, Lemmon L . -- MR. AND MRS. ARNOLD LeROY LEMMON Miss RoAnn Morris, daughter daugh-ter t-f Mr. and Mrs. Haymer D. Morris became the bride of Arnold LeRoy Lemmon on July 14. The ceremony was performed perfor-med in the St. George LDS Temple with President Andrew McArthur officiating. Following the ceremony a luncheon was given for the couple by the parents of the bridegroom, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Lemmon. The newlyweds were honored honor-ed at a reception that same evening given by the brides parents, at the Enchanted Gar. den in Cedar City. The bride wore an elegant wedding dress fashioned of or-ganza or-ganza and VenLse lace. Flower clusters of Venise lace formed a Victorian neckline. The crecent waistline was accented accent-ed with lace and pearls and and inverted lilly-point cuff finished the long puffed sleeve. sle-eve. A full Watleau train detached de-tached t show the fuH sweep cf the A line skirt, enhanced by a wide band of lace above the hemline. Her waist length waterfall veil was ".ield by a headpiece of Venise lace and pearls. She carried a Traditional Mode bouquet of white roses, white status and baby breath, centered with a white orchid corsage which she wore on her goin away outfit. It was street length white polyester dress, trimmed with dark brown gross grain ribbon and pearl buttons. Attending the bride were Mrs. David Morris (Lesley Anne) as matron of honor and Miss Marilyn Morris as maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Karen Morris, Gayla Bui-loch, Bui-loch, Mary Ronnow, Kathy Lemmon and Susan Thompson. Thomp-son. Flower girls were petite Tiffany Anne and Nicalyn Morris. The attendants wore floral printed polyester sheer gowns of soft apricot orange, featuring featur-ing white nylon hemstiched V-neck collars and empire waists with full length sleeves. sle-eves. They were trimmed with soft orange velvet buttons and belt, and they wore sheer white picture hats, and carried car-ried baskets of orange tea roses, white daisies and baby breath. Attending the groom as best man was his brother, Marvin. Ushers were David D. Morris and Gil Gillespie. Both mothers wore full length gowns of pale green chiffon trimmed with lace, with soft apricot orange Glamelia corsages. Music for the evening was furnished by Miss Sandy Amend and Miss Gaye Stucki, at the piano. Grandparents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Durham Morris, and Aunt and Uncle of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. J. Price Ronnow, acted as hosts and hostesses. Serving girls were Leslie Gardstr,' Marsha Leigh, Joan Pratt, Marilyn Stucki and Carol' Ann Brown. Taking care of the gift table tab-le were Kathy Cowan, Lynda Cummings and Annie DeMUle. Mary Orton and Holly Bul-lc?h Bul-lc?h sat at the guest book. Trior to the wedding the bride was feted at various showers given by Misses Susan Su-san Thompson, Gaye Stucki, Lynda Cummings, Mary Orton and Gayla Bulloch. A breakfast break-fast was given by Kathy Cowan. Cow-an. The couple honeymooned at Grand Canyon. They are now residing at 422 North 400 East, Logan, Utah, where they will be working and attending Utah State University. |
