Show KANARRAVILLE Mrs. Carma Williams Our town was saddened by the death of one our elderly ladies, Christena Williams An-derson, An-derson, who died Saturday, Jan. 11 at the Cedar Manor rest home in Cedar City of natural na-tural causes. Funeral services wore held Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. George Pintuo of La Verkin visited Tuesday with Michael Williams. Mrs Phlnp Terlpr snem last week in Las Vegas with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Kelvin Zohner. The Ward members gave a farewell party Friday evening even-ing in the Ward Cultural Hall for Mr. and Mrs. Gene Toland and family who" are moving to Challis, Idaho. Scott Cornelius left Tuesday for Lander, Wyoming to be with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Cornelius and brother Tony. Visiting at the Lynn Reeves home were their granddaughter granddaugh-ter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Stilman Hinton and family of Las Vegas and Mrs. Lena Johnson of Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Linola Davis of Henderson were here over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs- Gerald Pingel of Las' Vegas spent Sunday with their father, Gus Pingel. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Williams and daughter Becky of Wells, Nev., spent a few day here with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Batty and Ethna and Barbaraa Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Williams Wil-liams and son Brad of Cedar City visited Sunday with their mother, Sylvia Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Cornelius have moved to Delta where Dale has employment. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Williams Wil-liams made a business trip to Salt Lake City over the weekend. week-end. J. P. Smith of Las Vegas was here over the weekend on business. Bud Williams' came home Saturday to get his wife and baby and move them to Henefer, Utah. |
