Show f Iron County Fair - a time for Class reunion fun in Pa rowan graduation. This is also scheduled for the evening of Sept. 2nd with members to contact prior to that date James L. Johnson, Parowan, are the persons to be contacted for reservations for a dinner on the second to be held at Ferdinand's at 7:30 p.m. This will be the 20th anniversary for the class of 1932 at PUS. ! The youngest class to scehd. ule a get-together is the class ! of 1962 which has had to schedule its reunion at a dinner din-ner Sunday, Sept. 3rd at 7 p.m. at the Elementary school. Those who will find it possible to attend are asked t0 contact Mrs. Garna D. Mortensen, Mrs. Christine Robinson, or Mrs. Kathy Allen, all of Parowan. This group has also scheduled schedul-ed a tour of the new High School building and a visit at the Fair and program. Scores of Parowan High School alumnus have chosen the comnig Labor-day weekend week-end as a time to gather in the old home town, renew acquaintances, ac-quaintances, and at the same time attend the big Iron County Coun-ty Fair being held there on Sept. 2, 3 & 4. It 'is hoped toy those in charge of arrangements arrange-ments for these reunions that every possible effort will be made by former classmates to I Members of this class who haven't been together for 40 years as a group should immediately im-mediately make reservations with Mrs. Dot Smith, Mrs. Emily Wood, or Mrs. Earta Dehm, all of Parowan, Utah 817G1. Meeting on the same evening even-ing in the Library of the ele-mentary ele-mentary school for their 35th class reunion and a dinner will be many members of one of the largest classes in Parowan Par-owan High's history, the class of 1937. Those in charge of ar. rangements are Kenneth Joseph, Jos-eph, LaMar Jensen, and Mrs. Barbara Burt, Parowan; and Mrs. Alice Jones and Mrs. Er-ma Er-ma Lamoreaux, Paragonah. For their 30th anniversary the class of 1942 will meet for dinner at 6 ip.m. on Sept. 2nd at the Old Rock Cnurch. Alumnus are requested to contact con-tact either Kent Ward at 7788 Dolphin Circle, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84121; or Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Paramore, 68S Montgomery Mont-gomery Dr., Sandy, Utah. A stake dinner on the patio at the Alma Jones residence in Parowan has been set for the class of 1947 as it meets for its 25th anniversary of conxaci xnem and be in attendance. at-tendance. One of the earliest classes to have set a date is the graduating grad-uating class of 1929. This group will foe celebrating its 43rd anniversary and will hold a dinner on Saturday, Sept. 2, at 3:30 p.m. at Ferdinand's Ferdin-and's restaurant at Brian Head resort in Parowan canyon. Scheduled to meet for the first time since they graduated, graduat-ed, is the class of 1932. This group will enjoy a dinner at the Parowan Elementary school lunch room on Sept. 2nd.at 7 p.m. to be followed by a program and visiting. |
