Show Funeral services (or Aurelius Haslam held August 6th Funeral services for Joseph Aurelius Haslam, 68, were held Friday, Aug. 6 at thP Cedar Third Ward Chapel. He died at the Valley View Medical Center, Aug. 3 of natural causes. Conducting the services was Bp, Jack Matheson. Speakers were Christian Ronnow, Robert Rob-ert Bradshaw and Bp. Bert G. Eastman. Family prayer was offered by Darrell Jones, invocation by Waldon Isom, benediction by Floyd Roberts and the dedication ded-ication of the grave at the Cedar Ce-dar City cemetery was 'by Kimiball Haslam. '.Musical numbers included two vocal solos, "Springtime In the Rockies" and "Oh My Father," by Ralph Hafen and a vocal duet by Elwin Armstrong Arm-strong and George D. Grim-shaw. Grim-shaw. ' A native of Cedar City he was born here Dec. 28, 1902, a son of Joseph E. and Margaret Sanders Haslam. He married Ethelyn Lyn Berry, Oct. 2, 1929 In the St. George LDS Temple. : Much of his life was spent in the livestock industry in the southern Utah area. He also was employed by Anaconda Ana-conda Copper Co. .' Survivors include his widow and ithree daughters: Mrs. iFloyd H. (Drexel) Roberts, and . Mrs. Pat G. (Genene) Peterson Peter-son both of Ogden and Mrs. Barnell (Yvonne) Jones of Sandy, Eight grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters, also survive him: Sanders, Pico Rivera, Calif; Howard and Iona Surnato, iboth of Las Vegas, Nev.; Kimiball, Kim-iball, Tujunga, Calif.; Reta Cbrinell, Long Beadh, Calif.; iPercia Roundy, Wickeniburg, Ariz, and Melba Evans of Cedar Ce-dar City. 9 .
