City Justice of the Peace, E. Whitney Orton appeared to inform the council that he has had a number of complaints from citizens against the use of motor bikes at all hours of the night in the city streets. The complaints numbered 13, and came mostly from one section of town. City officials approved a plan which it is hoped will curtail this practice, prac-tice, by having the city law enforcement officers issue warning tickets to the offender offen-der with orders to stop the practice. If this doesn't work out satisfactorily the offenders offend-ers will be given regular tickets tic-kets with a tiip to the Justice i |
