And even though it is available all year 'round, its sale does not slacken, and with good reason. Obviously, one can overeat anything. But I'm talking about whether we will ever tire of the taste of ice cream and I know I won't. At our hospital I find ice cream is the perfect food for the sick patient. If he can't eat anything else, ice cream will please him and go down well. Children of course, love ice cream as do others of all ages. So it is good thai; in addition to being such a taste treat, it is a nourishing food as well. Ice Cream's Main Nutrients Ice cream makes a notable contribution con-tribution in food nutrients. Proteins, Pro-teins, calcium and riboflavin (a B-vitamin). are the main nutrients nu-trients in ice cream. One half cup contains only 145 calories. You are guaranteed that what you buy is exactly what the label says it is. All manufacturers must abide by the laws of the state where it is produced.
