Show Kent Smith receives M. S. degree at Air Force Institute Dayton, Ohio U. S. Air Force First Lientcnant Kent D. Smith, whose wife, Kathleen, Kath-leen, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow G. Truman, Cedar City, has received his M. S. degree at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AF-IT), (AF-IT), Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio. AFIT provide accredited graduate-level resident train-ing train-ing as part of the Air Force's professional education program pro-gram for qualified military and key government civilian personnel in scientific, technological tech-nological and other fields. Lieut ent Smith, who majored major-ed in systems analysis, has been reassigned to the Space and Missile Systems Organization, Organi-zation, Norton AFB, Calif. A 1962 graduate of Cedar City High School, he received an A.S. degree in 1965 from College of Southern Utah and a B.A. degree in mathematics in 1967 from the University of Utah. The lieutenant was commissioned the same year through the Officer Training School at Lackland ABF, Tex. |
