MEWS FROM PAR AGONAH daughter Bonnie and father, Arch Fotheringham, all of Salt Lake City were Sun. viscitors at the Laigrand Robb home. Mr. and Mrs. H. N. Harris, son Kelly and a friend Lane Merrill all of Salt Lake City, were here overnight Sun. to visit with Nona's mother, Mrs. Hannah Robinson, On Mon. they took Mrs. Robinson back to SaQt Lake City with them. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Elmore traveled to Salt Lake City on May 24 where Mr. Elmore entered en-tered the hospital for lung surgery. He is making satisfactory satis-factory progress. Mr. and Mrs. Errol Lamor-eaux Lamor-eaux had their family . with them for the weekend. Clyde and his family from Salt Lake City and the Donald Burtons from Layton. Mrs. Dorotha Barton and members of her family came from Orderville on Mon. They visited with family members and their former neighbors. High School graduation and the long holiday weekend brought hundreds of visitors to our area and many family gatherings were held. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Robinson Rob-inson enjoyed having Irene's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arch Lamoreaux of Orem with them. They were accompanied by Mrs. Florence Kite of Clearfield Clear-field and Mr. and Mrs. James Robb of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Elmo C. Robinson Rob-inson and family came from Orem on Sun. for an overnight over-night stay. Also, on Sun. Mrs. Leora Ashton of Orem and thrfee of her grandchildren visited at the Chester Robinson Robin-son home. Mr. and Mrs. John R. Lister had a host of visitors over the weekend. John's sister, Mrs. Etta Goodwin and a friend of Las Vegas arrived on Sat. for an overnight stay. Edgar Lister List-er of Hawthorne, Calif, spent Sat. with them. Mrs. Kaye Robb and her children of Salt Lake City visited vis-ited here on Thursday with her in-laws- Mr. and Mrs. Legrande Robb. Mrs. Maxine Kieffer and her son, Alvin H., and his family, all of Bountiful visited here With Mrs. Gwen Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Jones had family mamibers with them for the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Legrande Leigh and two boys were here from Plain City; the J. B. Jones family from Salt Lake City and the Rodney Jones family from Fredonia. Roy Talbot of Kaysville and his sister Alice of American Fork were here for a few days with their father, Walter Talbot. Tal-bot. Mr.' and Mrs. Dart Judd of Fredonia were here to spend the week-end with the Allbin Judd family. Paul, Robert, Daniel and Christopher Natonalbah of Tohatchi, arrived here on Friday Fri-day to get their brother Sam' who has spent the winter with the Kenneth G. Topham family. fam-ily. The other Indian students left by bus Monday evening. They were Orlinda and Donald Ligingston, Addison Brown and Diane Bitsilly. Mrs. Bertha S. Tcpham had her nephew Homer Stevens and his wife and daughter of Kemmer, Wyo. visit with her overnight last week. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Topham came from Delta Del-ta and took Doyle's mother, Mrs. Bertha S. Topham to St. George for a visit with the Ivan Topham family. They were accompanied by Pearl's sister, Mrs. Ilene Cooper of Fillmore. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lamoreaux Lamor-eaux of, El Centro, Calif, visited vis-ited here briefly last week enroute to Provo to see their son Lyle graduate from BYU. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Robinson Robin-son and Mrs. Erma Lamoreaux Lamor-eaux traveled to Riphfield Sun. for a visit with the Clinton Clin-ton Rdbinson family. They were accompanied by Mrs. Ruby Bauer and children of Cedar City. Mr.' and Mrs. Larry Nelson and their two children traveled trav-eled to Salt Lake City on May 24 for the High School graduation grad-uation of Carolyn's sister, Pamela Barton. When they returned home on Sun. Pamela and Lyle accompanied ac-companied them here for a weeks visit. Mrs. Melva Barton had a number of visitors on Memorial Memor-ial Day. Laney Barton was here from Philadelphia, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Edwards and two of their children came from Delta, Mr. and Mrs. Del-man Del-man Holyoak came from Mil-ford Mil-ford and Mr. and Mrs. Penn Barton and son Lyle were here from Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Preston Robinson Rob-inson and two of their children child-ren of Enterprise were here . William T. Davenport had all of his immediate family here during the week. The Calvin Smiths, of Sandy, were in town Fri. Their daughter, Sonya, and her husband, Richard Rich-ard Lind of Salt Lake City were here overnight Sat. Mr. and Mrs. Byron Montague Monta-gue came from Payson, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Robinson and Ton! from Ogden, and the Kay Hansens from Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Lamoreaux Lamor-eaux enjoyed having their son Mike and his family of Fort Bridger, Wyo. here with them for several days. Mrs. Lasca Hunt had family fami-ly members with her. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Johnson and children child-ren of Salt Lake City came for High School graduation and remained for Memorial Day. Mrs. Winona Stewart of Las Vegas was a weekend guest at the home of her brother, Kay Lamoreaux. Mrs. Rowena Stones accompanied her to Las Vegag on Mon. and the two were going to Calitf. Mrs. Sue Edwards and son Douglas of Salt Lake City, are here visiting with Mrs. Melva Barton and son J. Lowe. Howard Fotheringham, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. McGookin of Long Beach, Calif, arrived here on Wednesday to visit with the Wilson Lunds. Thursday Thurs-day morning their son Ralph and his son Michael arrived and they all traveled to Provo for BYU Graduation where the McGookins grandson, Rike Peevy was graduating. On Saturday they were to Mr. Peevy's wedding in the Provo Temple. On Monday Mr. and Mrs. McGookin and Wilson and Roene traveled to Glendale for the day, Mr. McGookin then went to Flagstaff to visit a sister. Mrs. McGookin, Mrs. Lund and Mrs. Lola Robb left for Salt Lake City on Tuesday. Mrs. Rosella Barton enjoyed having members of her family with her for the holiday. Mr. and Mrs. James Burt and children came from Carson City, Nev. and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Deil and some of theirs were here from Tooele. Mrs. Orlo Topham and her son Gale Stolk traveled to Flagstaff Ariz, on Saturday for an overnight stay with the I Bish Parker family. Sun. to visit the cemetery and numerous relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Robb and children of Salt Lake City are here for a vacation visit with the Ivan Robb family. Mrs. Elizabeth Lamoreaux and members of her family were here from Henderson, Nev. to spend the weekend with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Milo Stones and children came from Ogden Og-den for the holiday weekend with the D. A. Stones family and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jones Jon-es and family of Taylorsville visited at the Stones home and with other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Gorgon Man-lione Man-lione and family of Tooele arrived here Sunday for an over-night stay with the I r |
