WIN EAGLE AWARDS. At the Sunday Sun-day evening Court of Honor of the Cedar Breaks District these four yoiing men were accorded the covet ed Eagle Rank. They are, left to right: Paul Black, Dane Leavitt, Robert Foi-sey Foi-sey and Douglas Black. Four Eagle awards presented at Scout Honor Court Court of Honor for the Cedar Breaks District Boy Scouts of America was held Sunday, June 28. Special presentations during the evening included four Eagle Awards. Receiving this coveted honor were Robert Ro-bert L. Foisy, Troop 330, Dane O. Leavitt, 347, Paul Black 379, and Douglas Black 379. Mayor Lorin Whetten made the presentations. Other awards given included includ-ed Life awards to Jon Reese 371, Kerry Ruesch 335, Ricky Childs 330 and Colin Campbell Camp-bell 379. Ivan Peterson Troop 347 and Blake Berbidge, 335, received Star Awards. The Traveling Trophy for Achievement for the month of June was, awarded to Troop 379 under the leadership of Richard Prinse. This Troop comprises boys from the Cedar Twelfth Ward. Foisy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Foisy; Leavitt is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dixie Leavitt and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Black are parents of both Paul and Douglas Black. |
