Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Iron County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations are SLB&M. a-5132, Utah Farm Production Produc-tion Credit Assoc., Richfield, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 535.2 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Appl. 17163 (71-1175) (71-1175) as amended by Change Appl. a-2095. The water was to have been diverted from a 14-in. 14-in. well 287 ft. deep at a point S. 30 ft. W. 40 ft. from NVi Cor. Sec. 23, T33S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 for supplemental irrigation of 138.8 acs. but limited to the sole supply for 133.8 acs. in WSW Sec. 23, T33S, R16W. Hereafter, 535.2 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from either or both of two 16-in wells 150-500 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 100 ft. E. 100 ft. from SW Cor. (2) N. 100 ft. E. 100 ft. from Wi Cor., both of Sec. 17, T36S, R16W, comingled and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation ir-rigation of 133.8 acs. in WW Sec. 17, T36S, R16W. 38050 (81-889) Leatha Graff Prestwich, 263 S. Main St., Cedar Ce-dar City, Utah, proposes to appropriate ap-propriate 3 sec.-ft. of water. The water is to bo diverted from a 16-in. well 300-400 ft. deep at a point S. 1280 ft. E. 250 ft. from KW Cor. Sec. 27, T37S, R12W, and used for domestic do-mestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 300 cattle, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 150 acs. Uses are to be in Sec. 27, E'i Sec. 28, T37S, R12W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before be-fore Mar. 25, 1967.
