Show Clarence Lamoreaux Recorded Rites at Paragonah Former Paragonah resident, Clarence M. Lamoreaux, died July 28th at his home in Henderson, Hen-derson, Nevada. Funeral services were held in Henderson Monday forenoon fore-noon and the body was taken to Faragonah for burial. Graveside services at Paragonah Para-gonah consisted of musical numbers by William T. Davenport Dav-enport and Eddie Edwards, accompanied on the accordian by Mrs. Helen Barton, a his-1 tory of the deceased by Mrs. Idella Robinson and dedicatory dedica-tory prayer by LeGrande Kobb. Clarence Melvin Lamoreaux, 78, was born in Paragonah I August 3, 188!) a son of David ' Albert and Iluldah Maria Mes-singer Mes-singer Lamoreaux. lie attended attend-ed school in Paragonah and at the Murdock Academy in Beaver. Bea-ver. He married Elizabeth Jones on May 7, 1913. The fam-ily fam-ily moved to Cedar City 18 years ago but remained here only a few years before moving mov-ing to Henderson, Nev. Mr. Lamoreaux is survived by his widow, two sons and four daughters, Ralph Lamoreaux, Lam-oreaux, Cedar City; Robert Lamoreaux, El Centra, Calif.; Mrs. Margaret Scott, Mrs. Thelma Clow, Mrs. Colleen Clark, Henderson, and Mrs. Eloise Morgan, Las Vegas. There are 25 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also one brother, Arch Lamoreaux, Lamor-eaux, Orem, and one sister, Mrs. Nettie Baldwin, Cedar City. |
